Fasttrack Scouting Summer Invitational "The Big Show"
YBOA Basketball Super Qualifier ages 8 - 17
Location: UCF Arena in Orlando Florida

Registration:

All teams will be required to register PRIOR to their first game. The only exception is if you play in either the Friday 5 pm game or the Saturday 8 am game. For those teams they must register prior to their second game. Registration will be held at the UCF Arena (location of game play) in Room 115. Park in Garage F and use the back entrance to the Arena marked “Team Check-In”. Coaches: please remember to bring your YBOA registration, birth certificates, necessary grade exemptions and your players dressed in their uniforms.

Spectators:
All spectators will be asked to enter the Arena from the side entrance marked “Spectators” where they will be required to purchase a wrist band. Admission is $8 daily and $15 weekend for adults and $6 daily and $10 weekend for children. Kids 4 and under are free.  Garage parking is free.                                                                                                                                                         

Awards:
Trophies will be awarded for 1^st-4^th place. Awards will be distributed directly following game play in the 3^rd place game and championship game.

Tournament format:
Each team will play two pool games to better establish seeding into bracket play. All teams will enter the single-elimination championship brackets. Updated results will be available in the lobby of the main gym (UCF Arena) all weekend. Scores and positions will be updated as the results come in. Please reference court assignments. Tie breakers for pool play seeding are as follows:                                                                    
1^st- Head to Head    
2^nd-Point Differential (15 max. per game)       
3^rd-Defensive points allowed (No max.)

Game Play:
All games will be officiated under standard high school rules. Game forfeits will occur 10 minutes after the regularly scheduled game time and will result in a 15 point win for the team which showed. All forfeits will be cleared through the tournament director

9/under-11/under will play 6 minute quarters with 3 minute overtimes                                                                   
12/under will play 7 minute quarters with 3 minute overtimes                                                                           
13/under-17/under will play 8 minute quarters with 4 minute overtimes

Running Clock Rule: At the time one team gains a lead of thirty (30) or more points on

opposing team, the clock will not be stopped (except for a time out, technical foul, injury, or

emergency – clock starts when ball is legally touched after dead ball is in-bounded) until the

trailing team brings the point difference to twenty points or less.

Conduct:
The tournament director reserves the right to dismiss any spectator, coach or player from the tournament. Any coach or player receiving 2 technical fouls in a game will be asked to leave the court. That player or coach will be suspended from play in the following game. The tournament director reserves the right to lift that suspension.

T-Shirts:
Players that have signed up on the FasttrackVideos.com website will receive a free t-shirt. Please ask to see a Fasttrack Scouting representative on Saturday to receive your t-shirt. Additional shirts may be purchased for $5.

Live Streaming:
All games played on the Arena LS court will be live streamed on FasttrackScouting.com all day Saturday and Sunday. DVD’s from those games are also available for sale at the Fasttrack Scouting table at the main entrance. Each game is $14.99 in advance or $19.99 online.
